In partnership with the Stewart Indian School and the Nevada Indian Commission, we invite you to join us for a special event on Nevada’s birthday: The Stewart Indian School Float and Exhibit will be on display at the museum after the Nevada Day Parade. The exhibit will feature life size portraits of significant Alumni with biographies. The Pow Wow Princess will greet museum visitors in the Dema Guinn Concourse and family craft activities will round out the day.
