100 years ago Americans fighting in Europe had to learn how to fight a new kind of war. Technological advancements and the practice of trench warfare made WWI unique. Come see a special one day only exhibit of WWI equipment used by all sides to wage war. Displays provided by Gary Cain at Westwall Militaria and the Nevada National Guard. Special display will be in the Dema Guinn Concourse and free to the public.
Remembering the Great War: One Hundred Years Later exhibit and poppy making children’s activity in South Gallery. Admission $8 for adults, children 17 and under & museum members are free.
